Court Construction Process
Step 1-Site Survey/Scope/Pricing
- Establish location that is level and allows for drainage
- Identify any obstacles that may prohibit project
- Align the court in North-South direction
- Explore town requirements/restrictions for backyard courts
- Establish scope ie; surface/fencing/lighting/accessories
- Provide guaranteed pricing and detailed schedule
Step 2-Base Preparation
- Private utility locating via under ground surveying
- Install erosion control
- Clear and level site
- Remove excess material as required
- Compact and test existing soil
- Import, place, compact and test gravel base
Step 3-Playing Surface Install
- Install sleeves for PickleBall Net
- Install multi layer smooth asphalt playing service*
- Finish disturbed area around court with grass seed or sod
- Apply multiple coats of acrylic base filler
- Apply client selected colored acrylic playing surface
- Install regulation acrylic line paint
Step 4 Get Ready To Play
- Install removeable posts and regulation Pickleball net
- Install Fencing or landscape buffer
- Install accessories ie; lighting/basketball hoop etc.
- Install competition accessories ie; scoreboard/practice board
- Complete thorough final walkthrough with client
